Stationery Ordering System
Welcome to Lewis & Clark's online stationery ordering system for faculty and staff. The system allows you to select from a suite of customized and uncustomized stationery products. The ordering process consists of five simple steps: - Select your product(s).
- Enter your information.
- Preview and approve your data.
- Choose your quantities and delivery options.
- Review your order, enter your billing information, and submit the order.
Orders may be placed at any time, and they will be processed and delivered the month after you order. For example, if you place an order in September, it will be processed on the first business day of October and delivered to you around October 20. (One-week rush orders are available at 25-50% premiums.)
Some uncustomized stationery products are stocked on campus and available through your school's Stationery Fulfillment Site Leader. This system reduces costs. You may also order uncustomized items through the online system, and the orders will be processed and fulfilled at the beginning of the following month.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the data you submit with your order, and you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. If you realize you've made an error in your order, contact us immediately so that we can correct it if it has not yet been printed. This may delay processing and delivery of your order.
Please note that at this time you must use the mailing label request form to order mailing labels instead of the online ordering system.
