Electronic letterhead is intended for electronic communications only. Do not use it for printed correspondence.
We provide electronic letterhead in the form of Microsoft Word templates for use by members of the faculty and staff. Four templates, or versions, are available:

We do not offer customized electronic letterhead.

How much does electronic letterhead cost?
This stationery product is free. Why do I have to request electronic letterhead? Can't I just download it?
Lewis & Clark electronic letterhead is intended for faculty and staff use only. The request process helps us ensure that the letterhead is not used by unauthorized persons, including those not affiliated with the institution. Should I request the "Institutional" electronic letterhead, or one of the other versions?
If your office serves the entire institution (all three schools), then request the Lewis & Clark (Institutional) version. Examples of offices that serve the entire institution include Campus Safety, Facilities Services, and Human Resources. How/where do I list my department name and contact information?
With electronic letterhead, you have the freedom to place your department name, contact information, and any other details you wish anywhere within the body of your letter or your signature block. Can you customize my electronic letterhead?
Public Affairs and Communications does not offer customized electronic letterhead at this time. Can I customize the electronic letterhead myself?
All correspondence, electronic or otherwise, creates an impression. Public Affairs and Communications provides this professionally designed letterhead to ensure that you have a tool to create correspondence that meets Lewis & Clark's quality standards. We therefore request that you not attempt to alter the files in any way. Remember, you are free to include any custom information in your signature block and within the body of your letter.
