Melissa Powers is a staff attorney with the Law School's Pacific Environmental Advocacy Center. Before coming to PEAC she practiced environmental law at the Western Environmental Law Center, a non-profit environmental law firm in Eugene, OR, where she focused primarily on pollution control litigation and in particular on Clean Water Act citizen suits.
