4. Manage Your Account
- Make sure to keep your account password in a secure place. If it is lost and forgotten, you will need to contact Information Technology and have it re-set.
- It is vital that you respond to e-mail sent to the Trillium account email. Usually, the e-mail contact is the Web liasion who can answer or forward messages as needed. Visit IT's Manage Forwarding page to forward account email to an individual staff or faculty account.
- Maintain your site! Check content at least once per semester to ensure that all information is correct and up-to-date. Most edits will be minor and will only require a few minutes of your time. For more intensive tasks, contact a Web Communications Consultant.
