Agnes Flanagan Chapel, a creatively designed 16-sided structure, was dedicated in 1969. The chapel has an 85-rank Casavant organ and seating for 600 people. It serves as a meeting place for lectures, musical performances, and religious services. The statues that flank the bridge depict the gospel writers Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John through Northwest Coast Indian images and were created by the late artist, Chief Lelooska.
The chaplaincy at Lewis & Clark College is designed to support all religious life programs that take place on campus and has its roots in the Presbyterian heritage of the College. Visit the Chapel Web site for more information.
