The Biology-Psychology building has classrooms, biology and psychology faculty offices, and laboratories on three levels. Pictured above is Professor Kellar Autumn's research lab. Next door to the Bio-Psy building is BoDine, which currently houses the Mathematical Sciences department.
Also nearby is Evans Music Center, the home of the Music department, which houses rehearsal rooms, 22 practice rooms, faculty offices and teaching studios, classrooms, and music offices. The 400-seat Evans Auditorium is well known in Portland for its superior acoustics.
The John S. Rogers Science Research Program prepares outstanding students for careers in the sciences by supporting collaborative scientific research between students and faculty. Rogers fellows are trained as scientists, but as scientists who have a responsibility to communicate the purpose and results of their work to a general audience.
