Graduate School Northwest Writing Institute Writing Culture

Writing Culture

Writing Culture is a forum for imaginative and ethnographic writing where we write in community to discover new ways of thinking, shape our cultures, and develop innovative approaches to cross-cultural understanding. Writing Culture is a path into our hidden stories, a place to translate and interpret culture, and an opening to new voices.

Writing Culture is a program of the Northwest Writing Institute at Lewis & Clark College’s Graduate School of Education. Each year we sponsor the Writing Culture summer Institute, ongoing workshops and special events. Please watch our website for news of this summer’s institute and future programs.

Please sign up for our email list to receive updates from our faculty and notices about upcoming events.
