Los Angeles-based artist Alison Saar’s sculptures and installations explore themes of race, gender, and identity. Saar’s York: Terra Incognita, a tribute to the memory of William Clark’s slave, was dedicated on Lewis & Clark’s campus in May.

Alison Saar will offer an artist talk Tuesday, September 7 at 5 p.m. in Miller Center for Humanities, room 105.
