Agency Websites, Job Websites & Job Search Engines

Most agencies no longer notify college career services about openings. They post positions on the Career/Employment section of their own websites and/or on job websites. Job search engines make a search easier, but they aren't comprehensive.
Check job search engines, job websites and agency websites weekly (at least).

What About Salaries?

To estimate current salaries for any profession, go to Indeed.com, enter the job title, and the location. Note that different job titles in the same profession will yield different salaries (e.g., counselor vs. therapist), so experiment a bit. And check posted salaries on comparable open positions.
