PrISM Oregon Tuition Assistance Application Form

We are able to offer partial tuition assistance to teachers employed by Oregon schools who are not getting tuition assistance from their schools/district. Tuition assistance is available to teachers employed full or part-time in public or private pK-12 Oregon schools. Tuition assistance is not available to preservice or substitute teachers. Please verify the tuition assistance policies at your school/district before submitting this application. We reserve the right to contact your principal if there are any questions regarding tuition assistance available to you.

Teachers must be in the PrISM Oregon database in order to receive tuition assistance. Submit the online PrISM Oregon application to enter your information into the database.

Teachers must submit an online tuition assistance application each term you request reimbursement. Please register for course(s) at the university teaching the course, then submit the tuition assistance application. You should submit the tuition assistance application prior to the end of the term for which you are requesting assistance. Reimbursement checks are mailed to teachers after successful completion of the course(s). You will need to pay the full tuition amount to the university offering the course before you receive the tuition assistance check.
