Holographic Reprocessing: Effective Techniques for Treating Abuse and Trauma
Holographic reprocessing (HR) is an integrative evidence-based treatment, combining aspects of cognitive, experiential, and psychodynamic therapies. HR identifies interpersonal patterns revealing unresolved aspects of trauma (e.g., patterns of neglect, abandoned, or powerlessness) and offers an effective reprocessing technique utilizing imagery to help clients shift perceptions at a remarkably deep level. Empirical data has demonstrated significant decreases in anxiety, depression, and PTSD as well as successful resolution of core issues. This method is low-stress for both client and therapist.
