Software
Students and Employees of the College
Academic software licenses are available through TechHead, a program dedicated to offering great deals on software to students and staff of academic institutions like Lewis & Clark. Techhead is a division of the local not-for-profit membership organization OETC, which is where the college gets its institutional software licenses.
Institutional Licenses
If you are purchasing software for your department on an account number, please email us at cpp@lclark.edu. Licenses do not come in shrinkwrapped boxes, and we will set up an appointment to install the licenses on the institutional machine requested. We will do our best to find any licenses not listed, but boxed software may have to be purchased instead.
Instructional Software Fund
Proposals are now being solicited for the 2010-2011 Instructional Software Fund. The purpose of the fund is to support endeavors that will allow and encourage faculty to explore the use of instructional software in the curriculum. The Instructional Software Fund is managed through a partnership between the College of Arts and Sciences and Information Technology.
