Information Systems

Please refer to these on-line resources and FAQ before calling the service desk or emailing infosys@lclark.edu. This will give the staff a chance to help with the most complicated issues.

Information Systems provides support for the College’s UNIX-based servers. These machines house our administrative database (Colleague), mail and web services.

The staff of Information Systems support the use of any software installed by Information Technology on these servers, provide programming services to complement Colleague software, and consulting for database reporting using Query Builder and Informer.

IS also performs procedural analysis to aid in the effective implementation of the College’s software to create efficiency in every day business practices.

The administrative database tracks information about our students from the time they inquire about the college, all the way through to when they graduate and become alumni. It also tracks the personnel and financial business of the college.

If you need to access Lewis & Clark’s administrative database, please follow the link under “Datatel Colleague ” for the Access and Use Agreement form.
