Equipment Request

All staff, faculty, and students of Lewis & Clark College have access to our swell collection of AV equipment. Use this handy form to let us know what you desire. Click in the grey boxes and you can enter text. We will confirm your request by email. Please note this is a request form only; it does not guarantee that the equipment will be available.

If you need to make reservations for AV setup for an event, don’t use this form; instead, call Linda Thompson with Facilities Event AV Services at 503-768-7293 (or email  eventsav@lclark.edu).
