Data Custodian Definition
A dean, VP, AVP, director, manager or others with the responsibility to manage a subset of data. A subset of data may include, but is not limited to, employee, student, financial, departmental, and research data.
How to Use this Page:
1. Click on the department of which you are the defined data custodian
2. Login with your email username and password
3. Update the Excel spreadsheet with the necessary changes.
4. Email the Information Security Officer within 3 days if you have not heard a response from IT
