- Clean Access will list each failed check in turn. Click the Go To Link button to open a web page with instructions on how to download and install the software your computer is missing. Your computer will have access to Lewis & Clark, McAfee, Symantec and the Windows Update web sites for 60 minutes. Be aware that many Windows updates stack and require a restart. If you have not kept up with Windows OS Updates, be prepared for the update process to take up to 2 hours. You may need to restart and return to the Windows Update site to download updates several times before your version of Windows is completely patched. You will also need to use the Internet Explorer web browser to access the Windows Update web site.

- Once your computer has the required software and patches, you will have complete access to the L&C Network and network services such as WebMail, WebDisk and the Internet. Your access will expire if you disconnect from the network for more than 12 hours. If this happens, be sure to login via Clean Access Agent. You can manually login and logout of Clean Access by right-clicking on the Clean Access icon
on the system tray (lower right corner).
