J. Mack Shively

After 6 years of practice in a large Portland law firm, J. Mack Shively served as Assistant General Counsel of Portland General Electric Company, Oregon’s largest electric utility for 19 years. Mack recently returned to private practice and represents corporate utility and energy clients as well as individuals in taxation and ERISA matters. He is an 1979 alumnus of Lewis & Clark Law School and holds a Ll.M. in Taxation from New York University.
