James T. Richardson
Since 2001, Mr. Richardson has served as a board member of multiple companies. Currently, he serves as a director of two companies listed on NASDAQ and one private company.
Mr. Richardson is the secretary of the Oregon Historical Society and also is a member of the Board of Trustees for Lewis & Clark College.
Mr. Richardson graduated from Lewis & Clark College in 1970 with a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting. He received his M.B.A. in 1972 from the University of Portland and his J.D. in 1976 from the Lewis & Clark Law School. He has also attended the Stanford Director’s College.Contact Us
