NCVLI’s Crime Victim Law Conference is the only national conference focusing on rights enforcement.
Crime Victim Litigation Clinic
Under the supervision of Executive Director Meg Garvin, and the lawyers of the National Crime Victim Law Institute (NCVLI), students support crime victim attorneys nationwide through legal research and writing that is used in a variety of ways.
NAVRA Training
Through a grant awarded by the Office for Victims of Crime, The National Alliance of Victims' Rights Attorneys (NAVRA) presents ongoing, CLE training sessions in subject of crime victim law.
Other Trainings
NCVLI’s vision includes a world where crime victims have access to attorneys and advocates knowledgeable and trained in victim rights. To aid that, NCVLI gladly posts outside training opportunities.
