Oregon attorney Sean Riddell, also NCVLI's Board President, successfully advocated for his client's state victims' rights and federal constitutional First Amendment rights. The case was resolved in a settlement which includes a requirement that Salem emergency dispatch managers undergo training on victims’ rights!
