Intellectual Property Students Organization (IPSO)

The Intellectual Property Student Organization was organized in 1997 as a forum for discussing intellectual property law and to meet and interact with those working in the fields of Intellectual Property Law, including Patent Law, and Copyright and Trademark Law. IPSO is responsible for publishing a biannual Newsletter, supporting invited speakers, co-sponsoring campus events, and keeping students and faculty updated on current events involving Intellectual Property Law.     Wine Tasting with IP professors & practicing attorneys

April 6th, 2010

  • 3:00pm: Redskins trademark case
    Note new date:  Susan Harjo to speak on April 7th at the Law School.  Harjo is the named plaintiff in the Redskins trademark case.

April 7th, 2010

  • 12:00pm - 1:00pm: April OSB IP section Brown Bag **CLE**
    The Oregon State Bar IP Section will host IP Brown Bag CLEs on the first Wednesday of every month at The Cleaners @ Ace Hotel Portland.
