Shake Hands with the Devil: A film about the 1994 genocide in Rwanda.
Rwanda Remembrance Day Screening of the film about the Rwanda genocide “Shake Hands with the Devil.” This film is based on Lieutenant-General Romeo Dallaire’s account of the horrific events that ravaged this beautiful African country in 1994. There will be remarks by LC students Kelvine Ngerero and Matthew Rugamba, both from Rwanda. Held in the Council Chamber, and sponsored by the Romeo Dallaire Scholarship Committee.
