This is an information session about an exciting alternative spring break trip that focuses on philosophy and environmentalism. The theme is “Living Simply and Learning from Nature” and it is a three-night, Thoreau-inspired philosophy retreat being held along the McKenzie river at a beautiful location. It is being led by Monica Vilhauer, a LC alumna and a philosophy professor who sees philosophy as a practical and life-engaging endeavor.
This session is being held in the Lower Level of the Chapel in the Meditation Room (Room 112). More about the retreat is available at: http://www.curioussoulphilosophy.com/spring-2016.html
