Individual emails, departmental emails, IM chats, group messages, calendar notifications, and video calls are just some of the ways you can communicate with Google tools, but what’s appropriate for a given situation?

IT has been asked to help simplify this process by creating a guide to the pros, cons, and expectations inherent in each option. We’ll present our working draft and answer questions. We’d also love to hear what you think!
