Because the health and wellness of employees is so important, Executive Council has approved an annual budget to formalize the employee fitness program. In order to be able to sustain the program on an ongoing basis, there will be a small user fee of $30 per semester (fall, spring, and summer) to participate in all of the special employee only fitness classes.
The $30.00 user fee covers unlimited courses for the entire semester.
You can try a class for the first week to make sure it is right for you, and then payment can be made at Student Accounts. Present your receipt to Suzanne Brauer or Angela Dendas who will issue you a card to show the instructors.
See the Employee Fitness Program webpage on the Athletics Website for the class schedule. Classes include Cardio Tennis, Circuit Training, Indoor Cycling, X-Train & Core, and on Fridays only - Pilates, Power Hour, and Yoga.
