Introduction to Yoga Nidra: a 4 week series

Yoga Nidra is referred to as the yoga of sleep. But in fact, during the practice, the body may be very relaxed and awareness is internalized, but the mind remains awake and listening to instructions. Come to the first of 4 sessions where you will learn how to practice Yoga Nidra.
