Mindfulness Meditation Retreat

    This retreat is led by Laura Martin, LCSW a certified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction instructor since 2009.

Learn some skills of mindfulness meditation or strengthen an existing practice.  Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome.  Join us for some mindful movement and sitting meditation, and learn how to incorporate these skills into your life.  This retreat will take place at the  Heart of Wisdom Zen Temple here in Portland. RSVP to Jeanne Lilly @: jlilly@lclark.edu by October 16thThere is no retreat fee for LC students.  The retreat is sponsored by the Office of Religious and Spiritual Life.
