Half-Day Mindfulness Retreat on South Campus
Date: 9:30am - 12:30pm PDT April 22 Location: South Chapel
Learn some skills of mindfulness meditation or strengthen an existing practice. Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome. Join us for some mindful movement, sitting and walking meditation, pranayama, and yoga nidra.
This retreat has been shortened to a half-day retreat, in order to accommodate more students, given the busy time of year and number of other activities happening on campus. (Originally we had planned it for all day.) As a result, there will be no lunch served - students can go to brunch after we wrap up at 12:30 pm.
