Power Hour is a Special Employee Fitness Class taught by Angela Dendas, Head Strength & Conditioning Coach. It is held in the Pamplin Center Fitness Center/Weight Room on Friday from 12noon-12:45pm. Push your body through various resistance, body-weight, plyometric, and functional training movements that will challenge your physical and mental strength. This circuit-style class will give you variety and enjoyment, whether you are in advanced physical shape or just starting out.
