Weight Room Circuit is taught by Suzanne Brauer, PE/A Instructor, on Wednesdays 1:00-1:45pm, in the Pamplin Fitness Center/Weight Room. This class is for all levels of fitness. Starting with dynamic movement and ending with active stretching, each work-out will consist of 5 exercises (pull, push, squat, core, high metabolic) rotating and repeating that will help you increase strength and stamina.
