Supreme Court Justices Celebrate Federal Judicial Center 40th Anniversary

Retired Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor and Justice Anthony Kennedy are among the keynote speakers scheduled at the 40th anniversary celebration of the Federal Judicial Center, hosted by Lewis & Clark Law School in September.
The conference—also featuring a keynote address by former Acting U.S. Solicitor General Walter Dellinger—will cover topics including the impact of science and technology on the law, balancing national security and individual liberties in a time of terrorism, and the public’s perception of the federal courts.
Registration cost: $350 includes conference, transportation, lunch and reception.
