The Winter’s Tale holds a unique place in the Shakespeare canon, beginning with accusation and betrayal and then turning from tragedy to comedy as love leads to redemption and reconciliation. The production is directed by Stephen Weeks and features a cast of talented undergraduate actors including Usman Ally, Sage Howard, Kim Sackmann, Jason Morrill, Nile Klein, Kotaro Kawashima, Randall Marsh, Becky Rhamey, Erin Currie, Taylor Wing, Meredith Lyerla, Emily Stadulis, Hanna Zipes, and Max Ward.

Professor Weeks, known for his strikingly original and highly entertaining approaches to the classics, has been in rehearsal since the first week of the semester to create this year’s first main stage production. Once again John Gerth has worked his magic in designing brilliant sets and costumes. This is a performance that you will not want to miss.
