7th Annual James W. Rogers Concert
October 21, 8 p.m., Evans Music Center
This annual musical celebration honoring James W. Rogers showcases the College’s choirs, orchestra, wind symphony, chamber groups, and both student and faculty soloists in an evening dedicated to music and movement. A reception honoring John and June Rogers follows in the Band Room.

Yerma is a young wife in rural Spain frustrated because she has not yet given birth to a child. The play follows her conflict with her husband and struggles with the conflicting values of her neighbors as she seeks to fulfill her dream of motherhood. The play raises some important issues: marriage, motherhood, trust, honor, gender roles and identity.

Winter Student Dance Extravaganza

An evening performance of dances choreographed and performed by Lewis & Clark students. This year, the students celebrate the approval of a minor in dance.
