PEAC Staff Attorney Dan Mensher has represented the Northwest Environmental Defense Center and Friends of the Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge in this case since 2008. Under Dan’s leadership, (now-graduated) PEAC students Drew Kerr, Sara Ghafouri, Lyndsey Bechtel, Claire Tonry, and Oday Salim got first-hand experience finding, developing, litigating this case.
