*Cody Elliott ’09 – Associate with Miller Nash in Portland. Elliott is an associate in the litigation practice group, which specializes in commercial disputes, complex construction defect litigation, and debtor/creditor litigation. He earned his B.F.A. in theater studies from Boston University in 2000, where he also had the opportunity to study acting at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. He spent more than seven years as a restaurant manager here in Portland before earning his J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2009, where he received the Harpole Memorial Legacy Scholarship.
Cody serves on the Membership Committee of the Multnomah Bar Association, is an active member of Sunrise Toastmasters, and enjoys serving as a mentor for Lewis & Clark Law School. He has also volunteered for the Multnomah Bar Association’s Imprint Program.
Cody is a self-described “foodie” who enjoys cooking, expanding his wine knowledge, and trying new restaurants. He is an avid supporter of the Denver Broncos, the Boston University Terriers ice hockey team, and Tottenham Hotspur F.C., he enjoys golfing far more than his skill level would suggest, and he enjoys hiking through Tryon Creek State Park with his wife and kids.
