Bring your kids to Pio Pup day - 11/21

Dear LC community members,

I am writing to invite you to the Student Athlete Advisory Committee’s (SAAC) second annual Pio Pup day. For those of you who do not know, Pio Pup day is an opportunity for you to bring your children to Lewis & Clark to have dinner and play games with the college’s student athletes. We will provide a full dinner (pizza, fruit, veggies, drinks) for all who attend, and an awesome night of games and fun, including tag, basketball, soccer, and volleyball. The event is from 6p.m.-8p.m. on Monday November 21st . We hope to see everyone and their children. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.

Also, SAAC is starting a toy drive to benefit children at Doernbecher. We ask if you would like to donate toys to bring them for collection at the end of every week and we will send a representative to pick up the toys. The event will run from now through the end of the semester. We will also accept monetary donations as well to purchase toys for children. Another heads up for the rest of the semester at home basketball games there will be a canned food donation box. We generally allow free admission to the home basketball games and ask for donations in return. Thank you in advance.
