Flexible Spending Account deadline: Tuesday, June 30 at 5pm

Please remember that the deadline for submitting receipts for reimbursement from the Personal Choice Health Care Spending Account or Dependent Care Spending Account for the plan year 2008-2009 is June 30, 2009. This includes all reimbursable expenditures from April 1, 2008-March 31, 2009. Personal Choice must receive your reimbursement form by that date - postmark will not apply.
