New Employee Orientation Successfully Launched

On July 15th we had our first “new” New Employee Orientation (NEO) program for new Lewis & Clark staff.  Ten new employees from all three schools and Common Services attended NEO.  They received an overview of Lewis & Clark College including topics such as LC history, an overview of each school, the College structure, student life, diversity, benefits, campus tour, Information Technology and Ombuds role.  The feedback was overwhelmingly positive.  Thank you to everyone who participated in making NEO a success! 

Our next NEO is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, August 19th and will continue to occur on the third Wednesday of each month from 9:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.  If you are interested in attending NEO please contact Kari Uhlman, Employee Training & Development Manager at kuhlman@lclark.edu or ext. 6232.
