Spinning class for faculty and staff, Dec. 12 - 21

All Faculty&  Staff:

Suzanne Brauer and I would like to offer a pre Holiday indoor cycling/ spinning class to all college faculty and staff from 12-12:45pm beginning today (Monday) through Wednesday, December 21st.  There are 12-14 bikes so the class is limited to that number daily.

We ask that anyone who attends pay $10 which we will donate to the charities our student-athletes are supporting this year.

The classes will start with a warm-up, a main interval set, the Tabata protocols and end with a warm-down.  We will help anyone fit the bike and this is the kind of class one can work within their own preferences.
