Holmes Hall Construction Update

Well, it’s a little damp out here today…  The framers are continuing to roll trusses above the 5^th level.  Since 10/12 pitched roof trusses are to be installed in 3 parts, the bottom level is almost complete and ready for mid-level on Friday.  The exterior sheeting was approved on specific elevations to allow for the WRB (weather resistant barrier / Tyvek) installation to begin.  The mechanical, plumbing and electrical (MEP) subcontractors are continuing their rough in from the 1^st through the 3^rd levels.  The drywall subcontractor is currently prerocking the corridor ceilings on the 4^th level in preparation for the MEP subs.
