Student athlete nominated for top NCAA honor
Senior Lindsay Nixon will represent the Northwest Conference at the 2009 NCAA Woman of the Year Awards.

Lindsay Nixon has been named by the Northwest Conference as its 2009 NCAA Woman of the Year nominee. Voted on by the conference Senior Woman Administrators, Lindsay will represent Lewis & Clark and the NWC among other female senior student-athletes from conferences throughout Division I, II and III. The NCAA Woman of the Year Award honors senior student-athletes who have distinguished themselves throughout their collegiate careers in the areas of academic achievement, athletics excellence, service and leadership.
