A mid-career retrospective exhibition presented jointly by The Art Gym, Marylhurst University, and the Hoffman Gallery of Contemporary Art at Lewis & Clark College.

Michael Knutson is a Portland-based artist and Art Department faculty member at Reed College. Knutson is known for his monumental and color-saturated paintings of intricate geometric abstractions. The Hoffman Gallery exhibition will also include a selection of this artist’s watercolor drawings on paper.
