Seeking Nominations for the 2012 Multicultural Affairs “Impact Awards”

Dearest Colleagues:

The Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) is seeking nominations for our 2012  “Impact Awards”, which acknowledge and celebrate those who model, support and personify diversity and inclusive thinking and/or practices on our campus. 

For the past 6 years, OMA has fostered a tradition of recognizing a faculty member, a staff member, and a graduating senior for their contributions toward developing and supporting a diverse and inclusive campus community. In that spirit, we are requesting nominations for the following “Impact Awards”, which will be presented at the Multicultural Affairs Spring Honors Banquet on April 3rd.

a) Faculty Impact Award  

b) Staff Impact Award  

c) Ray Warren Student Leadership Award

NOMINATIONS ARE DUE BY 5PM ON WEDNESDAY, MARCH 21, 2012. You may nominate more than one person for each of these acknowledgments.
