Robert Nayer clarifies fiscal year guidelines for LCInfonet

The 2012-13 budget has been entered into the general ledger. All those individuals with access to LCInfonet will notice that the date range, (start month and end month), if left blank, defaults to the current fiscal year, which is now 2012-13. That will indicate your new budget.

To obtain information for the 2011-12 fiscal year, please enter 06/11 in the start month field, and 05/12 in the end month field. That will give you information for revenues and expenses for the entire 2011-12 fiscal year.

For a report that is easiest to decipher, just check the items for columns named Budget Revised, Actual Rev/expenditures Year to Date, and Balance Available.
