New early morning fitness class for faculty and staff

Early Morning CARE Fitness Class:  Creating Conversation and Community

Basic Training & Conditioning
Tuesday/Thursday 6:00-6:45 a.m.
Pamplin Sports Center Mat Room 019

This class will focus on the major components of fitness - cardio, strength, and flexibility - for a total body work-out.  A variety of formats and equipment will be used.  All levels of fitness can “play” together.

July 24, 26, 31 & August 2, 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, 30

Donation of $20 or $2/Class Drop-In
