CARE Fitness Classes: Creating Conversation and Community
Basic Training & Conditioning
Tuesday/Thursday 6:00-6:45 am
Pamplin Sports Center, Mat Room 019
This class will focus on the major components of fitness - cardio, strength, and flexibility - for a total body work-out. A variety of formats and equipment will be used. All levels of fitness can “play” together.

Pilates
Tuesday/Thursday 8:00-9:00am
Pamplin Sports Center Mat Room 019
This philosophy and method of training is designed to appeal to all interested in developing stability, mobility, flexibility, and total body strength. The mat exercises focus on functional center core conditioning, along with improving posture and alignment.

Step & Strength & Stretch
Tuesday/Thursday 12:15-1:00 pm
Pamplin Sports Center, Mat Room 019
This class will focus on basic stepping for cardio conditioning, building muscular endurance, and enhancing flexibility. A variety of formats and equipment will be used.
