Holiday Schedule for 2012-2013

Dear Members of the Lewis & Clark Community,
 
The holiday schedule, issued during this time each year, includes the week‐long Winter Break, from Monday, December 24, 2012 through Tuesday, January 1, 2013. These days off allow our community to enjoy the holidays in the company of family and friends.
 
Some departments will need to maintain essential services during this time. It is important for supervisors to plan and communicate this carefully to the staff members who will be required to work during this period. You will receive a memo from Human Resources describing overtime implications in requiring employees to work during a holiday, and I encourage you to coordinate your staffing as appropriate.

Holiday Schedule:

We will observe the holidays and closures listed below for the 2012 - 2013 academic year. Whenever a holiday falls on a Sunday, the succeeding Monday is observed as the holiday. Whenever a holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday is observed as the holiday.

No classes will meet on these days and all offices of the College will be closed.
