New Employee Fitness Class Starts TODAY - Tuesday 4:45-5:30 p.m.















 
Strength & Stretch on Tuesdays
We now have 2 evening classes after work!  Join us each Tuesday at 4:45-5:30 p.m. for  Strength & Stretch
 
This class will focus on building muscular endurance and enhancing flexibility. Work-outs will target all the major muscle groups. A variety of formats and equipment will be used.  All levels of fitness can “tone-up” together.  (Yes, we will be lifting weights…). 
 
Yoga on Thursdays
Yoga is held on Thursdays 4:45-5:30 in the Mat Room.
 
Lunch hour classes
At lunch you can also try Cross Training & Conditioning or Deep Water Running in the mornings; Pilates, Golf Fundamentals, Indoor Cycling or Cardio Tennis (no Tennis skills needed).
