October 16, 2012

This basic course, strongly recommended for students with no previous knowledge of energy law, covers monopoly regulation, ratemaking, and federal/state jurisdiction. Those who want to take the Renewable Energy Law, Nuclear Law, or Oil and Gas are particularly encouraged to start with this course.
