Free tickets available for Resonance Ensemble/LC theatre
collaboration, “The Bard Sings”

This Saturday, October 27th, at 7:30 p.m. in Agnes Flanagan Chapel, the professional vocal group Resonance Ensemble will be performing “The Bard Sings” in collaboration with students and recent alumni of the LC theatre department. We’ll perform musical settings of Shakespeare texts alongside acted performances of speeches and scenes from Shakespeare’s plays. Music faculty member Katherine FitzGibbon will conduct, and theatre faculty members Stephen Weeks and Rebecca Lingafelter have directed the actors.

Free tickets are available in advance only through Friday at 4 p.m. from the L&C bookstore and the Music Department office - 1 per LC ID, please. Additional tickets are available at a discount to the Lewis & Clark community by visiting the Resonance Choral website and using the promo code SHAKESPEARE to receive $5 off adult tickets. (There are also student and senior discounts already available.) Tickets at the door will be regular priced. 

A second performance at First Presbyterian Church will take place Sunday, October 28th, at 2:00 p.m. Tickets are available through their Celebration Works series or at the door.
